Workouts Change Every 2 Weeks

The plan structured to slowly guide you by teaching you the fundamentals of weight lifting while gradually introducing you to different styles to vary your workouts. You will be doing drop sets, super sets, circuit training, HIIT and cardio- all at home. You can also bring this plan to the gym and follow the exercises which involve machines not common in home gyms. Your workouts change every 2 weeks for an ENTIRE YEAR. You won’t be bored and your body will avoid plateau.

All You Need Are Resistance Bands

All of our workouts are modified so you can do them from home with resistance bands. We do recommend having a set of dumbbells 15-20lbs but it is not necessary. The more equipment you have the more variety you can create with these workouts. You can purchase workout bands on our website here

No subscriptions no hidden costs! We don’t believe in it. This plan is available right on our exclusive platform complete with videos. Simply create an account and log in to access all the workouts! This works out to about 1 Starbucks drink/week OR $0.30 per workout. We are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience and plan to add more features such as motivational videos, music playlists, mental health posts etc. We want you to succeed and reach your goals. We want to change your lives!

We made it easy to access on all devices

All of our videos are available right on our platform. You can even save it to your Home Screen as an APP! When you sign up, you will enter your email address and create a password. This is your new login information. You can access your account by going to www.selfmadebabes.net and hitting the little lines in the top right corner. Log in and all of your videos and descriptions are right there categorized by week for easy access! The videos are released on a drop schedule so don't be alarmed if not all workouts are posted right away! We don't want anyone to get overwhelmed. We also made each stage printable so you can print it off, mark it up, track your progress and bring it with you anywhere.
